I am also using a sort of grid when I am drawing. Mostly like 4-5 main lines so I know where the borders of the face and how high the eyes lying and so on
And also thank you for the fave!!
Grids are very helpful, it helps us pay more attention to detail. Overall I feel that it helps us draw better. Like now I can draw OCs in realistic style by applying what I've learned when drawing from an actual photo

although I think there are a lot of great artworks, it's just that they have become a bit rare since I don't think they (dbsk) are drawn that much anymore on DA .....or maybe I just haven't joined the most active groups
and you're right, since they split into dbsk-jyj it's not the same anymore
but then again, I'm glad you're still willing to draw them once you find the time...
so I'm really looking forward to that
and I know the feeling of not being able to draw, Onew lies on my table, screaming "finish me please" but I just can't find the time
Thanks, although the most I'll be able to do is probably create a grid since I still haven't found the Yunho picture that I really want to draw although I did find some nice pictures. But yeah, this semester school will be keeping me really busy and I'll probably be drawing them in mid December.
